OSFLOW – Good health means quality of life!
The OSFLOW is a life changer, for better balance and flexibility.
OSFLOW is a world novelty in the wellness market, a wellness device with many benefits and uses, beneficial for all ages. Everyone can use it!
The OSFLOW has helped many people, including Stroke-, MS- and Parkinson patients.
However, we hereby explicitly state that the OSFLOW is NOT a medical device, but rather a training, fitness and wellness enhancer.
OSFLOW – how does it work?
OSFLOW – oscillates horizontally and is very gentle
The OSFLOW is the centering oscillation platform that creates an optimal alignment of the biomechanical skeletal system. The oscillations from the OSFLOW are like a deep tissue massage, relaxing your muscles and increase your balance and flexibility.
OSFLOW – pain can actively be intercepted
The oscillations from the OSFLOW act as a deep tissue massage for your joints. The spiral dynamic oscillations strengthen bones and joints, helping create a smoother muscle system, while relaxing your nerves. As a result, pain circulations can actively be intercepted. In addition, your balance and agility improve.
OSFLOW – the meaning
‘Os’ is the Latin word for ‘bone’ and ‘flow’ is self-explanatory. OSFLOW combines the strength and stability of the skeleton with the dynamic nature of a flowing balance.
OSFLOW – The many benefits
The OSFLOW is beneficial for all ages. Everyone can use it! However, we hereby explicitly state that the OSFLOW is NOT a medical device, but rather a training, fitness and wellness enhancer. Here are some of the benefits you can expect:
OSFLOW – When you should NOT use it:
There are certain conditions in which you should not use the OSFLOW which include:
OSFLOW – improves balance
The OSFLOW oscillations center your body. Through these oscillations and the ‘flow-feeling’ you are able to reach a more natural and dynamic posture. You stand ‘in your bones’, you are grounded and better connected to yourself and to your environment. We are never too young to work on improving our balance.
“Falls are the number one reason for death and injury among people age 65 and older and more than 2 million older people went to an emergency room in 2010 because of a fall (WSJ 9/24/2013)”
Test your balance:
The Berg Balance Scale (or BBS) is a widely used clinical test of a person’s static and dynamic balance abilities, named after Katherine Berg, one of the developers. For functional balance tests, the BBS is generally considered to be the gold standard.
How it works: Please complete test form on day 1 before using the OSFLOW.
Do a 3-5 minute OSFLOW session every day and use the OSFLOW for 4 weeks daily.
Repeat BBS partial Test after four weeks to learn about your balance improvement.

OSFLOW – strengthening of the bones
Bones are the densest part of your body and obviously carry a lot of weight, which is what the Qigong and Taiji masters have long recognized and appreciated. However, it has only recently been (re)discovered in Western medicine. Bones are the reinforcement mechanism between the ligaments and the fascias. They relay all the strengths between the muscles and the tendons, which enable the body to move.
With the OSFLOW you might be able to increase or at least to maintain your bone density and consequently strengthen your skeletal system. Through the unique oscillations in combination with the quality of your posture the ‘bone pressure’ will be positively affected. Picture:
OSFLOW – strengthening of the joints
The joints allow you to move your skeletal system and are crucial for your movement ability. The centering oscillations of the OSFLOW act as a deep tissue massage for your joints.
The oscillations propel your joints into their natural alignment. Therefore, it is possible to see improvements in the relaxation of the muscles surrounding your joints. This not only supports an enlargement of the joint division to lighten the burden on the joints, but it also might lessen aches and pains.
OSFLOW – lessening of back and neck pain
Back pain or neck stiffness is often caused by muscle tensions. The oscillations of the OSFLOW help loosen these tensions. The connectedness of the muscles lightens the burden of the spinal disk and the nerves and restores the natural elasticity to the spinal cord.
OSFLOW – activating blood and lymph flow and stimulating metabolism
These pictures were taken with an infrared camera. They show how the OSFLOW oscillations positively affect the blood flow and how the heat spreads along the spinal cord through the whole body.
OSFLOW – confidence instead of stress
There are various vibrating machines on the market, which some base their existence on the research results of Prof. Dr. Nazarov, a Russian biomechanical and sports researcher.
These machines are mainly designed to strengthen the muscular system.
But the OSFLOW is different. The OSFLOW works to equalize all of your unevenness and to balance your muscles by centering your bones and joints. OSFLOW is an oscillation platform rather than vibration machine.
The OSFLOW training is neither about the flexing of the muscles nor about stressing your muscular system. Rather, it is about creating that ‘flow-feeling’ and reaching a state of wellbeing. This is because a healthy muscular system is elastic and stretchable, has quick reaction time and can build up a lot of strength – all of which create a feeling of confidence.
OSFLOW – How to use it
For a new user, we recommend to use the OSFLOW between 3-5 minutes daily – and twice a day, if desired. Once you feel secure and stable on the device, you can increase the time. You will receive a free exercise guide with your OSFLOW device. If you have questions about your exercise, please feel free to contact us.
The proper posture while standing on the OSFLOW is important. It follows the principles of the Taiji/Qigong and is based on the natural human posture:
The standing position is the most important position on the OSFLOW. You stand on it straight and keep your body loose. All joints, from head to toe should feel light and ‘open’, meaning ready to move. Straighten the spinal column but do not overstretch it, just so that it is as straight as possible. The ‘flow’ also moves through a warped skeleton (for example, with existing scoliosis) and always moves towards the right direction. Keep your feet parallel and facing forward, and balance out your weight equally on both feet, focusing your weight into the center of the feet.
